SSiC tray is used in dry etching process of the LED manufacturing industry. It is designed to handle LED wafer easily, and we can provide various size from 200mm to 400mm.

SSIC: Sic purity(%)≥98, Density(g/cm3)≥ 3.1，Hardness≥HV2300，Heat temperature (in atmosphere)≥1600℃.
